Bill Tomko - Head of Global Production
Bill has over 25 years of experience in the Financial Services industry. Prior to joining Spectrum, Mr. Tomko spent 19 years at BISYS Investment Services including recent executive positions as Group President and Executive Vice President of Operations. Mr. Tomko has extensive experience in managing third party administration businesses in the hedge fund, private equity fund, mutual fund and retirement services industries. Bill has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University, was a CPA at Touche Ross & Co. for 6 years and successfully passed the NASD series 6, 7 and 24 securities exams. |

Michael Leonard - Director of Operations
Michael has over 13 years of third party fund administration experience. As Director of Operations, Michael is responsible for the transactions, reconciliations and financial reporting functions. Prior to joining Spectrum, Michael was Senior Vice President of Fund Accounting at Citi Fund Services in Columbus. |
